As Shift Leads, our primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring a smooth workflow during assigned shifts. We are responsible for resolving conflicts, facilitating communication, and ensuring that team members adhere to company policies and procedures. Shift Leads often assist in training new employees and monitoring their progress. We ensure that customer service standards are met and address any issues that may arise during the shift. Additionally, Shift Leads are in charge of maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
