What does a Shift Leader do?

As Shift Leaders, we oversee daily operations during our shifts and ensure efficient workflows. Our role includes managing team members, addressing any issues that arise, and making sure that customer service standards are met. We are responsible for maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and ensuring that the shift runs smoothly. Additionally, we provide support and training to team members to ensure productivity. We need excellent leadership and communication skills to guide our team effectively.
