As a Shift Leader, it is expected that you will be able to efficiently schedule the shifts of every employees and make sure that every employees will get a fair share of job schedules. Shift Leaders are responsible for leading up to 15 employees per shift, responsible for the customer service within each unit, responsible for managing cost controls, responsible for opening and closing procedures and adherence to all of Round Table Pizza's policies and procedures.
