In the role of Site Administrator, we are responsible for preparing budget plans and construction plans for the site projects. We administer the daily operations at the working sites and report the progress to the respective directors and managers of the projects. We ensure that the decided terms in the contract are being followed and implemented on the projects while they are under procession. Functioning as Site Administrators, we are accountable for researching areas of improvement in the site and reporting them to the technicians of the projects to cover up those areas. We also participate in customer meetings and decide the contract terms and conditions.
