About Site Coordinator

What does a Site Coordinator do?

As Site Coordinators, we work with light and sound technicians to coordinate the site’s lighting and audio in accordance with the employer’s guidelines. We also search and hire outside contractors such as hosts, bartenders, and chefs depending on the event’s size and importance. We work with schools to plan site visits to historical places and hire contractor historians and use high-grade lighting and VR equipment to give them a unique experience.

Core tasks:

  • train, and coach new site coordinators
  • oversee the communication of programs to the general public
