What does a Site Director do?

As site directors, we are in charge of ensuring the fitness, protection, and consistency of the program for all children and workers entrusted to our care. Overall organizational management, including but not limited to instructional preparation, personnel growth, and management, parent interaction, and child behavior standards, is our direct responsibility. As site directors, we ensure that the student's interests and the program's objectives are met adequately.
