Sitel has an extensive interview process but it was well worth it. Great pay benefits and good hours. I definitely recommend this company. It was a lot of interviewing so prepare yourself

there is nothing wrong in deducting some of the wages if they are giving you work from home because you're already saving a lot on other things

Employees are eligible for benefits right away, but you do have to opt in for them, obviously. When you opt in, there is a default contribution amount that is pricey in my opinion, especially considering the pay is already quite low.

I worked for Sitel for 5 yrs & ended up having to quit due to some unexpected moving snags. The company & campaign were great at that time. When I rejoined them in 2019 I started off on a seasonal campaign then moved to a more permanent position/ campaign.

I loved my time with Sitel. Unfortunately, when Covid hit, many changes in protocol, job responsibilities, schedules, and work at home began. It was very hard to keep up ultimately causing me to separate.

This job is an okay place to work. The hours are decent and the pay is good and they are very organized.. Some days there are many coaches in duty and the teams don't have to find things out for themselves or the customer will have to call back when someone is available.
