As SIU investigators, we have a huge responsibility as we are in charge of handling multi-line insurance fraud cases. Our job role requires us to be active as we have to design investigations, implement the procedures and oversee the work. We also conduct interviews, carry out negotiations and work with various teams to collect data and fraudulent evidence. Most of the cases we deal with are shady. Along with all these roles, we also manage the paperwork, such as writing statements and data.
