As Skills Trainers, we help learners with an identified need for extra support to achieve their optimal functional skills. We use a standard delivery model to agree on a training plan with each apprentice and an employer that meets those needs. We are also responsible for understanding the apprentice’s and employer’s future ambitions for the training’s progression while working with the account manager to support advancement with expanding the budget if needed. We equip the organization with a trained and up-to-date workforce to optimize its current and future goals and objectives.
