About Skin Care Consultant

What does a Skin Care Consultant do?

As Skin Care Consultants, we are responsible for delivering our quick skin consultations with clients in a fast-paced and busy environment, making expert skincare, supplement, and makeup recommendations to clients, whilst also recommending treatments at identified partner clinics. Additionally, we have a tremendous passion for things related to skin and can be a real advocate for active skincare products, supplements, and makeup. We also have previous counter sales experience or experience with in-depth skin consultations and cosmeceutical skincare brands. We are seasoned professionals with complete knowledge of skincare ingredients in identifying client’s skin concerns and the best products to suggest in tackling those concerns.

Core tasks:

  • deliver consistently high standards of customer care in person, online, and through various social channels
  • answer all skin queries in relation to our products and services
  • responding promptly to all queries submitted via the website, email, and phone
  • delivering expert skin consultations to clients both in-store or online
  • review client's progress regularly and book them in for follow-up consultations
  • suggest treatment options at partner clinics and offer incentives to funnel clients for in-clinic treatments
