Join Box's SMB Sales team Talent Pool in SF and be considered for future opportunities.When you join the Box Small/Medium Business Sales team, you get an amazing peer network and you will develop your career with the guidance and leadership of the best senior sales executives in the world. Members of our team have helped build companies such as Salesforce, WebEx, SuccessFactors, and more.This role is for individuals with at least 1 year of closing sales experience. To be considered, you must be confident collaborating with different teams to help customers get the most out of their investment; be able to articulate Box’s value as applied to different use cases; and have excellent organization, communication, and time management skillsRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Call and email executives at all levels to facilitate deal closure
  • Set up and effectively run face-to-face meetings with clients
  • Manage the full sales-cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
  • Strategically prospect into net new greenfield accounts
  • Build relationships with a variety of existing accounts
  • Meet monthly sales goals
  • Sell technology into IT and quantifiable business outcomes into Lines of Business
  • Facilitate high quality discovery to identify customer pain points
  • Leverage challenger selling techniques to teach, tailor, and take control of sales motions
  • Be the CEO of your territory, prioritizing accounts in a highly strategic fashion
  • Understand an account’s needs and effectively communicate how Box will meet those needs  
  • Rapidly learn online Collaboration and Content Management, Enterprise 2.0 and the Box model
  • Use Salesforce.com for lead management and sales forecasting
  • Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
  • Accurately forecast pipeline month over month
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4-year degree required
  • 1+ years successful closing experience, SaaS preferred
  • Grit and energy to get deals over the line
  • Business acumen to tie Box's product to specific business outcomes
  • Extreme curiosity to learn about the product, the industry, and your customer's businesses
  • Obvious passion and people skills
  • Consistent over-achievement in past experiences
  • Technically adept; experienced with web technologies
