Job Title: Social Distancing Monitor

Wage: Starts at base of $16.31/Hr+$2.00/Hr On-Site Bonus Pay +$2.00/Hr Grave yard Shift Differential
Position Overview: The Social Distancing Monitor will be responsible for enforcing compliance with all Bob’s Red Mill policies and procedures related to the COVID-19 Pandemic response, especially focused on the company’s Social Distancing Policy. Through ongoing monitoring of the building, the Monitor ensures a safe and healthy working environment and to prevent any injuries and accidents.
Essential Job Functions:
Ensures employees and visitors are following all current policies and procedures.
Adheres to all company rules and regulations.
Assists in enforcing all preventative measures.
Checks if all employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations.
Places Social Distancing placard instructions and tape distancing floor markers at high traffic areas like the main entry, coffee areas, time-clocks, and the hand-washing sinks.
Ensures employees and visitors are keeping a distance of approximately 6 feet from the nearest person.
Assists in wiping down all breakroom surfaces and frequently touched surfaces around the facility.
Assists with implementation and maintenance of programs to ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local safety-related regulations.
Maintains highest level of confidentiality at all times.
Ensures compliance with Bob’s Red Mill food safety policies and procedures including adherence to FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Other tasks and duties as may be assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Possesses good communication skills both written and orally.
Ability to maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures
Approachability with employees and management
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1-3 years of previous experience in the food industry, safety, sanitation or related experience preferred.
Position will require walking, crouching, bending for long period of time, walking up and down stairs with occasional lifting.
Position may require standing for long periods of time.
May be exposed to significant extremes in temperature, noise and dust.
Position requires the ability to work at a fast pace in a fast-paced environment.
