What does a Social Media Manager do?

We are Social Media Managers in charge of designing, building and managing effective communication strategies on the different social platforms on the Internet. It is our responsibility to create content for the different spaces in which the company, organization or institution that has hired us is presenting. We are fundamental in the sustainability of companies, reaching a very relevant role in their business pyramid. It is that, through his work, a network manager can give great visibility to the company's website.

Core tasks:

  • verify the existing social networks of the client's company
  • make a list of all corporate social media accounts and evaluate their current performance
  • stay up-to-date on social trends
  • conduct a competitive analysis
  • establish the procedure by which social media activities are requested and carried out
