I have took a QA course in SoftServe and when they give me an offer.
That is very useful for newcomers and allow to start the career path.
They prefer not to reward trained experienced employees, but to hire and train new ones

Manual QA Tester

SoftServe is my alma mater. I started as intern manual tester and grew up to Lead QA. Really helpful team in general and within the project. There is a huge library for improving your skills, a lot of trainings, mentorship programs.
Pros and Cons
Great professional grows, big learning base, mentoring programs, supportive team-members
I can't outline the negative sides at the moment, miss my company.
