What does a Software Consultant do?

As Software Consultants, we are responsible for guiding the customer through the process of software implementation. We focus on the analysis of the customer’s business goals. We analyze customers' business requirements and objectives. We develop the software design to meet customers' business needs. We provide consulting services related to the use of software applications. We also provide software application training services. We lead and support client software implementations. We ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions and escalating issues according to company guidelines. We analyze detailed business requirements. We provide mapping requirements and software solutions.

Core tasks:

  • provide recommendations for software developments
  • document business requirements
  • document results of software research tools
  • execute program modifications
  • interface with clients, software professionals, and consultants develop solutions applications
  • review technical design and technical quality issues and processes
  • coordinate workflow processes and issues in programming, designing, and testing
