The candidate for this role will be part of a team responsible for Software Asset Management (SAM) Licensing Compliance and Optimization of the Bank s software portfolio. Overall responsibilities include managing software vendor s licenses in a software asset management tool. Responsibilities include 1) analyzing software license purchases, contracts, and software discovery data and performing reconciliation and remediation tasks to ensure data accuracy and quality, 2) processing and maintaining software licenses, purchase information, contract, and software inventory in the SAM tool, ensuring accurate reconciliation of entitlements against installed inventory and contract terms & conditions, and 3) conducting software license research to support the Bank s purchasing and contracting requirements. Generally requires 1-3 years of experience.
