We also lead troubleshooting and bug fixing for each software update to ensure that the customers won’t find any bug or malfunction while ensuring that every bug that slipped is corrected on time. We coordinate with cyber-security specialists to ensure that the software is safe and that customers’ data is encrypted and protected at all times.
