About Solution Advisor

What does a Solution Advisor do?

As Solution Advisors, we review & analyze data to identify potential information gaps. We aid decision management by generating client recommendations to improve marketing results and optimize marketing spend by participating in the generation of ideas. We define clients' business improvement opportunities & translating those opportunities into well-defined and structured projects. We research, develop, and test new strategies, tools, or systems that attract the right audience's attention at the right time boosting conversion rates and improving customer retention.

Core tasks:

  • develop and maintain client relationships by providing ongoing updates & tracking progress
  • identify resources to satisfy customers and business requirements
  • ensure customers are on-board by producing detailed statements of work for our implementation teams
