What does a Solution Director do?

As Solution Directors, we oversee all aspects of a project. We are involved in projects from inception through production, implementation, and post-implementation phases. These projects target specific issues or products based on client needs. We also evaluate policies and practices related to our company's operations. Furthermore, we manage a team, participate in creating budgets and timeline, and assess project outcomes. Overseeing competitive and market research and analysis is also on our agenda. Working as Solution Directors, we regularly provide information for management by preparing special reports and analyses related to the status and performance of solutions.

Core tasks:

  • determine customers' needs and desires
  • define the road map for solutions
  • orchestrate solutions life cycle management from concept to delivery
  • provide leadership and guidance to create solutions which meet the cost and specification needs
