What does a Solutions Analyst do?

As Solutions Analysts, we support relevant applications and solutions. We provide support to the strategic and business imperatives. We communicate the current and potential capabilities of IT solutions and services. We ensure proper workflow and configuration of the technology. We perform solution analysis in the course of technical discovery and solution design. We develop solutions to support the business. We document functional and non-functional business requirements. We work with solution architects and business stakeholders. We ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and IT strategy. We communicate technical direction to the business. We ensure consistent and common application of technology solutions.

Core tasks:
