In the role of Solutions Engineer, our primary goal is to determine solutions that can solve the issues of customers and meet their requirements in a smooth and cost-effective manner. We are involved in pre-sales, product demonstrations, and client on-boarding processes. We act as an expert on both product and platform. We provide assistance in setting up the data pipelines of the company. Working as Solutions Engineers, we also have to conduct discovery calls with the sales representatives. We check the installed systems for their performance and fix the bugs. We develop strong relationships with our customers and try to keep them maintained.
