About Solutions Specialist

What does a Solutions Specialist do?

We as Solutions Specialists are involved in assisting our managers and other staff in interpreting challenges and providing informed decisions in the daily operations of our organizations. We consult with managers in decision-making during critical moments. We are actively involved in training staff on technical skills to handle different challenges and assist in conducting market research for our companies’ products. We facilitate communication and link our organizations to other experts in service provision, prioritization, and handling of tasks in different projects to meet set objectives. We also document and review reports on key performance and improvement of organizations' operations.

Core tasks:

  • providing advisory services
  • interpreting and troubleshooting problems
  • capacity building of staffs to handle various challenges
  • reviewing reports and assisting organizations in tracking performance
