I worked at South Coast for 15 years and I was let go 2 weeks before my planned retirement because I wrote a letter to my patients letting them know I would be leaving. I was told it was because I used company letterhead. Well I was still working there and I thought it was common courtesy and respect to my patients to let them know I was planning on leaving.
