In addition to that, we are also responsible for making budgets and organizing special education programs and events. Moreover, we have to implement the curriculum established by the state. Being special education teachers, we have to hire new employees and improve the outcome of the work. Also, we perform presentations in meetings and provide proper training to teaching staff members. Our job requires us to be strong in decision-making and public relations.
