As Special Events Assistant, we do events with a higher number of awards ceremonies. Accompanying events from internal and external point of view. Promotion of events in cross platform regions. Support of events from logistical and administrative points. Maintainance of all records especially booking of catering and taking payments. Making sure all items arrive on time.
