About Specialty Sales Consultant

What does a Specialty Sales Consultant do?

In the role of Specialty Sales Consultant, we are responsible for participating in the meetings of customers for collecting product information and exchange legal policies of the company. We design and build business plans and territory tactical plans for the assigned territory of the project. We maintain strong relationships with the team members of the company. Functioning as Specialty Sales Consultant, our primary responsibility is to identify the improvement areas in the existing business and generate new opportunities cold via email and phone calls. We conduct outbound calls and handle the queries of customers proactively to provide the best possible user experience.

Core tasks:

  • analyzing the core issues of customers
  • developing strategic business plans
  • assessing the risks in current systems
  • managing the key account of customers
