I became interested in Data Entry actually 30 years ago, The job position had clear expectations; even though it was for a short contract term. I knew exactly what needed to be done as instructed. Apart from learning the proprietary software, there were no uncertainties nor guesswork. No vague, abstract instructions. Clear outcomes. I enjoyed working as a team player, brainstorming to make ordeals not so difficult but work to do things smarter to get the job done. With working from home, I was self disciplined that helped me to be productive, meet goals, and maintain good quality work. I strive to be innovative, compassionate, and have a good relationship with my colleagues. It was great to work for a company that upholds diversity which make the company environment a great place to work. Sometimes all good things has to come to an end, I managed to work until my contractual agreement ended.

Pros and Cons
Micro management is not essential when you have great leader that train well.
When you are working from home(Remote), you avoid office politics.

Took position knowing it was contract but with promises from day one that Amerisourcebergen always hires on permanently from their contract. Myself along with 300+ others were contracted, 3 months in they spontaneously fired over 2/3 of the contract employees and retrained the remaining of us twice only to furlough the rest of us 2 months later with no warning and promises from every manager and recruiter that we were getting hired on permenantly.

Pros and Cons
Management really really doesn't pay attention to work you do at all
Will fire without warning, does not have any contracts available for people after being furloughed

Spectraforce reached out to me to work for Change healthcare. They seemed to be a good company at first however they slowly began to show that their client system is just as dysfunctional as a three ring circus. One location of their clinics never answered the phone and we were expected to lie to paitents when no one was able to assist us in order to attend our patients. Truly the worst job I've ever had and would only consider to return if they paid me a better hourly wage.

Pros and Cons
Stay at home, usually 17/hr, get to interact with patients
Management is a joke, no real help after training, having to forgo any help
