The years I worked for Sprint was the best. The atmosphere, Team Leader, Employees, meetings was all so encouraging and inviting to everyone. I enjoyed taking calls and assisting my customers with a smile on my face and handling the calls in a One and Done manner.
I would work for Sprint again.

My Best job was at Sprint working 19+years. Lot's of fond memories which I had the opportunity to work in various jobs there and was able to grow and make difference and complete alot of accomplishments. Learned and achieved my goals but also contributed and succeeded and made Sprint the most challenged company as the number one wireless company. I will always miss Sprint as they were loyal to their customers as they were to their employees as we were like family.

Hired at Sprint as wireline support rep. Then moved to payment specialist. Ever-changing processes in fast paced industry. Started to work from home in March 2020 due to COVID. Sprint merged with T-Mobile during this time. No T-Mobile jobs were available in the Denver area as corporate office locations are located in Overland Park KS and Belleview WA. My job as payment rep was moved to KS and I was given separation package.

Sprint was my first thought after leaving Sprint by Archtelecom. The starting pay is around $10/hour less than competitors but offers higher commission. You will have to work open to close every Saturday, mandatory overtime or you will be written up.
But top performers can make upwards of 45k
Pros and Cons
High commission
Low salary, can’t use PTO, work every Saturday
