Provides database analysis, dashboard and report development for the association management system (AMS)/CRM and related databases.
Works with staff to understand business processes and business questions to define and visualize metrics using data visualizations.
Leverages effective business intelligence tools to enhance decision making and make it easy for staff to perform their own analysis.
Leverages knowledge of AMS/CRM System and related products to improve internal business processes and member service.
Understands regular business processes of the Member Services, Finance, and other AMS/CRM centric departments to improve efficiency using AMS/CRM and other available tools.
Writes Transact-SQL to support database development and integration projects.
Supports and educates users in the use of data analytics software.
Designs, develops and maintains custom reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Demonstrated experience with eliciting requirements, planning and delivery of BI projects
Demonstrated experience with data analytics software (eg, Tableau, Power BI) and SQL Server Reporting Services
Demonstrated experience using Transact SQL or similar
5+ years' experience in setup, support, and troubleshooting of Association Management (AMS)/CRM System
Undergraduate degree in IT or equivalent related experience
Excellent interpersonal skills required
Excellent organizational and communication skills required
Association background in IT preferred
Ability to be mobile.
