Sr Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights

Remote U.S.

As the trusted advisor for the Global Revenue Marketing Organization, the Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights will focus on leading and refining our analytics across cross-channel marketing tactics, collaborating with internal teams on custom reporting solutions, and serving as the subject matter expert for pre/post opportunity measurement and insights to drive business actions. You will be the trusted business partner to the Senior Leaders and will design reporting that supports the rhythm of the business to hit or exceed pipeline targets. This person will be maniacally focused on designing actionable and insightful views on the revenue marketing organization's impact to pipeline and revenue. We are open to remote candidates!


  • Bring us to best-in-class forecasting and attribution  
  • Work with other internal teams (e.g. BI, Ops, Digital, Campaigns) to develop improved and cohesive data solutions.  
  • Develop systematic tracking of campaign performance and inform revenue marketing team of insights, trend and performance analysis for a variety of digital and offline campaigns.  
  • Deliver actionable insights for campaign owners through to leadership  
  • Develop, maintain and report on key marketing metrics to identify the relationship between marketing programs and outcomes  
  • Build reporting and dashboards to understand funnel performance, measure impact of ABM, and uncover opportunities to influence marketing strategy and mix to improve progress towards business objectives  
  • Deliver frequent presentations to leadership that clearly and effectively communicates performance, findings and the "whys" behind the numbers  
  • Develop analysis, ad hoc reports and models to support marketing planning with predictable return on investment


  • 7+ years of professional experience in an analytics capacity within the marketing function  
  • Expertise in analyzing, interpreting, and telling stories through data for various types of stakeholders  
  • Experience rolling out marketing campaign forecasting and attribution  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience   
  • Experience and expertise presenting actionable insights to an executive audience  
  • A sense of urgency and strong capabilities around prioritization  
  • Advanced Excel proficiency is required, with the ability to apply complex formulas and functions   
  • Experience building dashboards in salesforce and other platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc)  
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Marketo (or other Marketing Automation systems such as Eloqua or Pardot)  
  • Working knowledge of SQL  
  • Strategic thinking and strong consultative skills with the ability to build solid relationships across marketing, sales, and operations   


  • Experience with Einstein Analytics and LeanData Attribution   
  • A working knowledge of statistical analysis   
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite
