In the role of Sr. Principal Engineer, we are responsible for leading the principal engineering projects. We manage and maintain the mechanical designs of the projects. Our primary responsibility is to guide the junior principal engineers about their work. Functioning as Sr. Principal Engineers, we are accountable for understanding the requirements of our customers to perform work as per their provided instructions. We also deliver the messages of our customers to the management teams and the junior engineers of the company. To ensure our customers are being provided with the best possible services, we address any issues that they face in the management of their products. We work collaboratively with the team members and trained the newly hired workers about their work.
