Run—-This is a for profit hospice. Poor management, very short staffed. I worked all freaking day and evening. Charting system was HCHB and not efficient.

But you feel overwhelmed at the end of the day. Spread to thin, missing breaks and lunch breaks trying to accommodate our patients and our bosses.
