About Staff Assistant

What does a Staff Assistant do?

As Staff Assistants, we are responsible for preparing necessary paperwork for regular company procedures. We schedule meetings and appointments. We organize and maintain employee records. Supporting the staff of an organization and assuring their operations run efficiently is one of our main responsibilities. We update internal databases and retrieve company and employee data. We check office supply stock and place orders when needed. Working as Staff Assistants, we arrange staff travel and accommodation and prepare conference rooms. We also distribute company materials to employees.
