What does a Staff Consultant do?

Fulfilling the role of a staffing consultant, we assist an employers with the search of an employee. We oversee the hiring process of our individual clients. We consult with the employers to determine their staffing requirements. Sometimes we survey the company to determine the type of human resource needed. We understand our client’s budget and requirements for each role before placing job adverts. We assist our client determine the salary range for each job role. Working as Staff Consultants, we monitor the behavior and performance of each staff members to determine promotion, demotion and termination of contract.

Core tasks:

  • attend job networking events and professional conferences
  • conduct research, survey and interviews to gain full understanding of the business
  • determine the type of human resources needed
  • monitor and train staffs members
  • determine the wages and scale of contract dimensions
