As staff geologists, we are in charge of performing field explorations. Our job is to analyze environmental conditions. We have to generate reports for the assigned project. We usually work for government environmental agencies, mining companies, engineering firms, or city planning workplaces. We have to be proficient in data collection, and water quality. Our job requires us to have good physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and impressive communication skills. Our additional job duties include maintaining documents for management of the project and participating in peer reviews.
