About Staff Psychologist

What does a Staff Psychologist do?

As Staff Psychologists, we provide psychological assistance to personnel of an organization. It is our job to counsel and resolve psychological issues faced by staff members working in a company. By conducting interview sessions with personnel, we identify and analyze the psychological issues faced by them. These issues may be related to their work or their personal life. It is our job to guide them about ways to improve their mental health. We are also responsible for treatment of personnel facing psychological health issues. We monitor their recovery process from evaluation to being fully recovered. Documenting the process of treatment in the form of reports is also our prime duty.

Core tasks:

  • assist personnel in dealing with psychological issues
  • develop and implement plans for treatment of staff members facing psychological problems
  • monitor the recovery progress and make changes to the treatment plans if needed
  • document the treatment process
  • generally guide the personnel to maintain healthy psychological environment of workplaces by conducting workshops
