What does a Staff Therapist do?

We, staff therapists, work with patients and identify mental health issues. We treat mental health issues. We refer the patients to other specialists. We work with the family of patients if need be. We use interpersonal skills to stay professional. We recommend the optimal course of action. We assess the patients. Some of us also create the treatment plan. We create tailored medication plans for patients. We work with couples and families for better counseling. We help patients through stimulation and exercise. We often provide rehabilitation. We provide general mental health services to patients. We contribute to the clinical service and provide supervision.
