What does a Staffing Assistant do?

Working as Staff Assistants, our main responsibility is to answer and support the staff of our company. We have the ability to serve as the employee support and ensure the proper execution of tasks within the company. We have to conduct professional interviews and provide recommendations while hiring new employees for the company. Functioning as Staff Assistants, we are accountable for scheduling meetings between the interviewees and the interviewer from the company. We retrieve the company data, prepare documents and answer the complicated queries of staff members by providing them valuable solutions and advisors.
