Standard Chartered Pakistan is a great place to be and has a high customer perception. However in the Pakistan market the compensation is not market competitive and the people in the branches are overworked and underpaid. However when it comes to compliance the Bank is highly compliant.

Pros and Cons
empowerment, decision making, lots of learning.
Underpaid branch staff, high sales pressure.
