Stantec Company Reviews and Ratings
Manager
May 14, 2025
My time at Stantec was defined by an extremely micromanaged environment that quickly became unsustainable. At one point, our manager required everyone to reposition their monitors so she could view our screens from her office door. The constant surveillance and lack of trust created a toxic atmosphere. It affected me so deeply that I sought out a career counselor, unsure if it was the job or if I was somehow at fault. Ultimately, I realized it wasn’t me—it was a culture that didn’t align with how I work best.
Pros and Cons
Industry that I really like working in
Think my story says it all
