I enjoyed working for Starbucks, I learned a lot. I continued to learn and with the changing menu items everyone is trained to be current. They have other training as well as far as appropriate behavior, and safety.

I admire so much Starbucks' commitment to their partners. Partners are offered benefits and bean stock as long as you work at least 20 hours a week. From my experience, management really cares about their individual partners.

Definitely a place to work for if you want something for a starter to kick off your resume. I loved the company, employees and management is excellent. While I was there for a short period of time I was working towards becoming a supervisor and from what my manager explained it’s pretty easy to move up.
