Made less than $10 an hour, was expected to find own coverage when calling in sick (even if it was contagious). Kept being jumped through hoops to get a promotion that never came (they hired outside people for that position and then had ME train them)

Pros and Cons
Free food and drinks
Sick policy and pay

Breckenridge is a tourist town. Slow during off time, extremely busy during peak season. Generally customers are happy, easy to talk to, and enjoying life.

Pros and Cons
Free food, coffee, benefits
Stressful work environment, extremely fast paced

Got new management in five years ago. They do not know how to run a distribution plant. They are three years behind on their automated project and don’t treat people correctly. The head ops manager made it clear when he said there is no value in being a Starbucks partner any more in job market. That temps work harder then people that work there full time.

Pros and Cons
Free coffee
Plenty of overtime!! No chance to advance
