This was actually a great company to work for they are very flexible and supportive. The pay was average and training was adequate. The down side is when you need assistance with a patients account you will sometimes be on hold for so long waiting on support.

I worked at Startek as a CSR and promoted to escalations/team lead within 6 months. Your hard work does not go unnoticed the company does a lot of recognition based on your hard work, and management will give you the opportunity to advance!

Training is nice and easy. My hiring group was friendly and helpful. Trainers and coaches are great. Answer calls related to billing/tech support and use system flow to help customers troubleshoot.

The company typically provides adequate training for each position and the workload is reasonable. Annual raises are laughable, even when you preform well and the company is profiting you will be offered little to no increase in wage.

The work flow is typical call center job. The people are what made working there great. The job can be stressful, working with customers can be. Was happy for the most part. Enjoyed the work more when we were taking calls for sprint, had a better relationship with them.
