What does a State Manager do?

As State Managers, we are responsible for overseeing various activities, including education, professional development, and marketing. We engage in the development and delivery of business plans, operational and budget plans, and monitor requirements. Facilitating committee input into the development of the plan and budget and reporting to the committee on performance and progress is one of our main responsibilities. We manage and guide staff to implement office processes and support efficient management activities. We collaborate with the finance team and deliver quality professional development programs and conferences.
