Stifel Financial is an American Multinational independent investment bank and financial services company which was founded in 1890 with its headquarters based in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. In July 1983 the company was established under its present name and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange on November 24,1986. Financial services were offered by the company which were related to securities in the United States and Europe through many wholly owned subsidiaries. Stifel employed over 7,500 associates in over 400 global locations as of 2019 along with that it also provides both equity and fixed income research.The company acquired the London stockbroker Oriel Securities in 2014 and the Ziegler Wealth Management was also possessed by it in May 2018. It is a diversified global wealth management and investment banking company which centers on building relationships that help individuals,families and organizations pursue their financial goals.The individuals are imperiously helped by the company to protect capital and communities offer a higher quality of life
