As Store Leads, we run hiring campaigns to recruit new sales staff and train them on the company’s best practices before assigning them with specific tasks. We monitor their performance and ensure that they fill the department’s established objectives and goals and provide them with more training if they miss those targets after identifying the core reason as to why they failed to deliver. We answer customer complaints and solve try to solve their issue over the phone professionally and on time.

Core tasks:
