What does a Store Manager do?
As Store Managers, we are responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring it runs effectively and smoothly. We deliver excellent service to make sure high levels of customer satisfaction. We motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. We create business strategies to attract new clients, expand store traffic and improve profitability.
