About Strategic Advisor

What does a Strategic Advisor do?

As Strategic Advisors, we play a critical role in performance management by guiding actionable initiatives such as measuring progress and outcomes and implementing interventions when applicable. We also integrate care management, risk adjustment, utilization management, annual wellness visits, and quality initiatives into practice and ensuring assigned practices meet goals. We lead innovative ideas from pilot to implementation and sharing best practices across all methods and PODs. Collaborating with performance improvement and operation teams is another essential duty to help develop strategies and content for POD meetings.

Core tasks:

  • collaborate with ACO team members to ensure process towards the local network, POD, ACO and achieve the business’ goals
  • leverage practice relationships to engage, implement and sustain ACO priorities
  • serve as the primary liaison to associate managers and staff for assigned practices
