What does a Strategy Analyst do?

Working as Strategy Consultants, we conduct business analysis of operational processes, practices, and procedures. We ensure that activities within the company are driving it towards its objectives. We evaluate the business to find opportunities for improvements and make relevant suggestions. In fulfillment of our role as Strategy Consultants, we develop strategies for reducing cost and increasing revenue. We improve the decision making process of the company. We work with management to define markets and research market trends. We identify the market direction and ensure that the company is seizing all opportunities.
