What does a Structural Project Engineer do?
Working as Structural Project Engineers, we are responsible for arranging project review meetings. We review the structural engineering decisions and prepare documents for each project based on their milestone delivery dates. We manage and mentor the junior technicians and engineers of the company. Functioning as Structural Project Engineers, we supervise the assigned projects and work coordinately with other team members to handle the project documentation. We ensure that the design and production of the projects in accordance with the customer’s requirements and goals. We also assess the issues and risks in the project to identify their root causes and eliminate them.
Core tasks:
- doing continuous site visits throughout the project
- reviewing the work of junior members
- ensuring the good quality of project milestones deliverables
- maintaining the structural budget of projects
- providing direct reports of the project status to the managers
